Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to craft a custom murti?
Lead times vary depending on size and complexity. A small home murti (12–18 inches)
typically takes 4–8 weeks, while a large temple installation may take 3–12 months. We
provide a confirmed timeline after your consultation and scope confirmation.
What materials do you use for sculpting?
We primarily work with Makrana white marble (Rajasthan), pink sandstone, black granite,
and Jaisalmer stone. We advise on the most suitable material based on the deity,
placement (indoor/outdoor), and your budget.
Do you ship murtis across India and internationally?
Yes. We ship safely across all major Indian cities and also export internationally with
proper packing and documentation. Fragile sculptures are packed in custom-made crates
with foam support. Insurance is arranged on request.
Can I visit the workshop to see the work in progress?
Absolutely. We welcome clients to visit our studio in Jhotwara, Jaipur — by appointment.
You can review your murti at different stages of carving, request adjustments, and
witness our craftsmen at work. Please call ahead to schedule your visit.
What is your payment process for custom orders?
We typically work on a 40% advance at order confirmation, 30% at mid-stage (shared via
photos), and 30% balance before dispatch. For temple projects, custom payment schedules
can be arranged. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cash at the studio.
Do you offer murti restoration services?
Yes. We offer professional restoration for damaged or weathered marble and stone murtis
— including crack repair, repainting, polishing, and re-detailing of ornaments and
features. Contact us with photographs for an assessment and quote.
